2-Minute Bananas Foster

Bananas, brown sugar, and butter marry to make a dessert that is seriously better than the sum of its parts.

I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite ways to eat ice cream. And I don’t even eat bananas by themselves! There’s something about the way the bananas meld with the brown sugar and butter that make this 2-Minute Bananas Foster next level.

You might notice the this recipe doesn’t include liquor. Dark rum and banana liquor are often used, and I’m sure that would be great. We just often don’t have specialty liquors on hand, so I opted out. It’s so caramel-y, and sweet n’ salty-ish that I don’t miss the liquors anyways.

This recipe makes one generous portion, but you could easily multiply the recipe to make for the whole family or for guests. You won’t want to share once you take that first bite! Bon appetite!
